The Board is composed of a representative (or in their absence their alternate) from each of the member entities.
The Oversight Committee is composed of seven to nine elected representatives from the Board of Directors, including the Board and Board Vice Chairperson. The Committee is responsible for the authority of the Board of Directors, except authority which the Board is precluded from delegating.
The Finance and Administration Committee is composed of five to nine representatives from the Board of Directors, elected by the Oversight Committee. The Committee is responsible for reviewing the Authority’s current financial conditions and provide development direction for the fiscal year budget. Including allocation of revenues, make recommendations for change and reserve for contingencies to the Board of Directors.
The Member Services Committee is composed of five to nine representatives from the Board of Directors, elected by the Oversight Committee. The Committee is responsible for application review, underwrite Members of a Coverage Program, review claims made against a Coverage Program and take actions as needed.
