Membership Criteria
In order to be eligible for membership, you must meet the following criteria:
- A public agency organized and existing in the state of California;
- Empowered by law to provide public transit (wheels only, no rails or ferry);
- Maintain operations where a fixed route is at least 50% of revenue miles; and
- Have a positive balance sheet equity.
