Sedgwick Risk Control Website

A component of the risk control services provided to members is access to Sedgwick’s risk control website, which has recently been updated; and we are happy to introduce The GUIDE and Zywave! The GUIDE and Zywave will be home to the Sedgwick web-based risk control materials, including assessments, best practices, forms, policy development tools, and streaming videos. The GUIDE and Zywave will provide more flexibility to members by ensuring needed materials are updated frequently to address changes that may be present in your work environments.

To access the new Sedwick risk control website, you will need to sign up for both The Guide and Zywave, which requires two different logins. To sign up, please follow this link and instructions below: https://poolingguide.com/explore/.

1. On the first screen, fill in the information requested in the new member area – CalTIP for the Pool, your Member Entity name (e.g. ABC Transit), your position as an administrator or employee (an administrator can assign trainings to others,) and your email address; and
2. Once the above is complete, hit Submit to take you to a Welcome page. From the Welcome page, click on the “Continue Your Journey” button; complete the required fields (select “Sedgwick Pooling: California” under “Pool” category), and request account.  Please remember that an administrator needs to approve your account before you can log in, which may take up to two business days.
