File a Vehicle Physical Damage Claim

ALL claims must be reported immediately

Criteria for reporting:

  • Damage to the Member’s vehicle (Bus, passenger vehicles, etc.)

What to Submit to Claims:

  • Occurrence report
  • Pictures taken at the scene and damage to involved vehicles
  • Witness cards
  • Repair estimate when available
  • Information where the vehicle is located and contact information
  • Police report number

Report claims as soon as possible
