The Finance & Administration Committee ensures transparency, accountability, and strong stewardship of member resources.

Responsibilities

Overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and administrative policies to support the long-term stability of the pool.

Financial Review

Review financial condition of the Authority and provide direction in the development of the budget for the coming fiscal year

Revenue Allocation

Review the allocation of revenues in the budget and make recommendations for change to the Board of Directors, and recommend to the board the appropriate reserves for contigencies.
