Member Services Committee

The Member Services Committee focuses on the member experience: how agencies engage with CalTIP, access resources, and stay connected.
It helps ensure members have what they need, when they need it.

Responsibilities

Strengthening member engagement, improving access to resources, and enhancing the overall value CalTIP delivers to its members.

Membership Review

Review applications for membership and make recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Underwriting

Underwrite members of a coverage program.

Claims Review

Review claims made against a Coverage Program and take action as needed, including providing settlement authority, and implement safety and loss control strategies.
