Report any incident or occurrence involving Member vehicles in which a Tort Claim has not yet been filed with the Member
File a Vehicle Physical Damage Claim
ALL claims must be reported immediately
Criteria for reporting:
- Damage to the Member’s vehicle (Bus, passenger vehicles, etc.)
What to Submit to Claims:
- Occurrence report
- Pictures taken at the scene and damage to involved vehicles
- Witness cards
- Repair estimate when available
- Information where the vehicle is located and contact information
- Police report number
Report claims as soon as possible
