Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee helps ensure strong leadership across CalTIP by identifying and recommending qualified candidates for Board and committee roles.

Responsibilities

Overseeing fair and transparent nomination processes for Board and committee positions

Nomination Solicitation

Oversee the solicitation of nominations from the membership for Board Members qualified for election to expiring or vacant seats.

Member Outreach

Contact Board Members to solicit nominations and encourage maximum participation.

Eligibility Review

Review the eligibility of each nominated Board Members.

Board and Oversight Slate Sumbission

Submit to the CalTIP Board of Directors a slate of candidates for election to the CalTIP Board Officer seats and to the Oversight Committee.

Management Committee Slate Sumbissions

Submit to the Oversight Committee a slate of candidates for election to the management committees.
