Oversight Committee

The Oversight Committee connects strategy to action, helping guide program priorities and long-term planning.

Responsibilities

Providing strategic oversight of CalTIP programs, priorities, and performance, ensuring alignment with member needs and industry conditions

Delegated Authority

Exercise the full authority of the Board of Directors, except where the Board is precluded from delegating.

Dispute Resolution

Review disputes between a Party and the Authority and determine appropriate action regarding coverage or administration.

Contracting and Services

Enter into contracts where authority has not been delegated, and contract for financial audits and general legal services.

Oversight and Recommendations

Monitor the performance and operations of the Authority and Board policy, and recommend changes as deemed appropriate.
